A year after the controversial assumption of office as President Porfirio Lobo of Honduras, visited Hans-Jürgen Beerfeltz, State Secretary of Federal Ministry of Development, the country. The aim of the bilateral intergovernmental negotiations was the establishment of development cooperation by 2012.

But human rights groups complain of a persistent since the coup wave of violence and human rights violations. We wanted to maintain the political and economic relations, the EU and the Central American country and which interests are behind it.
